"My husband has found some of my best painting sites as he cycles. We were in Jackson, Wyoming, and he found this lush spread of lupine beside the Gros Ventre River. The trees framed the magnificent line of the Tetons, still holding snow on all but the steepest slopes. I chose the large format for this exceptional scene." -- SFG
